2019 has been a year where The Dynasty Media company has rebranded, relocated and reborn. The CEO of the company Brian Grullon has really focused on building his brand equity and turning his dream social media business “DYNASTY” into a major house hold name. The Dynasty Media Company was first birthed in the summer of 2015 after quitting his first job as an after school teacher which he held for 12 years. Now four years later, DYNASTY is no longer just on social media account, but its all over the place from peoples house hold T.Vs, computers, offices, iTunes, clothing and soon to be in a few more locations as Brian is preparing to drop his second season collection on April 19th. Dynasty Media is a forward thinking company with plans to push retail and digital marketing to a place where it’s never been pushed before.
Brian gave us a glimpse of what he has been working on this past winter and what more we can expect in the coming weeks and months.
“I been working on this plan and vision for years, everybody knows you can be working on something for years and have it never pay off, but thats never stopped me, I believed in myself and I knew all I needed was one thing to go right and that one thing could change everything. I knew if I relocated, put more time and effort I would be able to really focused on my craft, then not only can I take myself and my company to new heights, but I also would be able to bring a few people along and show them how they can do this too.”
“I feel that is exactly what makes my company and myself different, is that we aren’t just promoting a clothing or media company, we are building a following, engaging with people, creating leaders one interaction at a time. This brand is not just mine, but ours, we want to teach people how to built a brand and build their own businesses. Last year The Dynasty Company grew by 600% in retail sales compare to the previous year of 2017. (These items included T-Shirts, Hats, Charms, Coffee Mugs, Backpacks & More.) This year The Dynasty Media is looking to add more pieces to the collection that would help the company grow to new heights, surpassing 2018s numbers by the summer alone.
The amazing part is that all this growth has come with no physical sales so far this year. That is set to change on April 19th when The Dynasty launches its second collection on TheDynastyNY.com/store. “This will be our biggest launch yet” Says Brian Grullon. Not to mention there is also a new Podcast show that will be launching later this month on his TheRoyalFamily Youtube Channel called “The Crown”, which will be a podcast that will cover a range of topics, such as entrepreneurship, mental health, how to invest in the stock market with just $5 and those are some of the many subjects that will be discussed.
“I’m really focused on building a name for myself, I want myself and my brand to represent something, have a mission statement that people can really believe in. I want to open up a few pop up location and hire the people who been there since day one. We aren’t only adding to our clothing collection, but we hiring models like Krys Taveras, Danely López & Kimberly Perez to work for us. Also fashion designers and bloggers. One of my biggest goals before 2020 is to have about 10 people on staff working on this with me full time. Theres a saying “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” —African Proverb and I really believe in that statement.
